Gorgeous candles, tiny flowers

I’ve ordered these candles many times before so I know exactly what to expect. And they did not disappoint. However, first time for getting the dried flowers. Although they were pretty, they were tiny .The arrangement was about the size of my hand. And I understand it’s busy around Christmas time for deliveries, but I thought 3 weeks was a bit too long.

14 days post order and the item has not been received. Aust Post advises that the company have printed a label but not posted the parcel. Hart & Co are not answering phone calls or responding to emails. Hugely disappointing
