I made an order but never received it. Also did not receive a reply when contacting Hartco to follow up order. Do not purchase from them.

I made an order on the 2nd of Dec, but I haven’t received my order yet. How can I leave the feedback? No one replies to my messages & emails. I want to know where my parcel is. They were Christmas presents but I had nothing on my hands at the party. It's so awful.

So l made an online purchase on the 8 th Dec sending to WA and still on Christmas Eve they did not revive there gift last time l purchase from this company.
