No Refunds on Change of Mind Policy
HartCo. do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do however, offer a store credit or exchange if item is in original state and packaging. Purchase receipt must be supplied with item within 30 days from date of purchase. For more information on returns please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy

Art Prints are made to order. Limited Edition prints are subject to availability, although our offering is as up to date as possible. Prices are subject to change based on artist cost price. Fulfilment times for unframed prints are approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the supplier. If you would like a specific ETA please get in touch before placing your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 03 9775 1256. Framing prints will add 2-5 weeks to ETA.
Furniture is custom ordered unless otherwise stated. Orders can take some time to fulfil as they may be subject to international shipping depending on supplier. Prior to ordering you may request an ETA by emailing email@example.com or calling 03 9775 1256. If no ETA is requested then a refund will not be offered for change of mind. Store credit may be offered as per our change of mind policy. Shipping for furniture items will be invoiced separately.
Click & Collect
If you selected Click & Collect at checkout, please note that you will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect, approximately 3-5 days from your order confirmation. Please do not attempt to collect your order without this email. For details see Click and Collect Information.

Only one discount can be applied to your cart i.e. Sale promotion or 10% off Welcome code. Customers will qualify for free shipping if the cart amount is at least $130 after the discount has been applied.

Home & Body, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when joining or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. HartCo. Home & Body reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. HartCo. Home & Body also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. HartCo. Home & Body, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel. After texting STOP you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that HartCo. Home & Body and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from HartCo. Home & Body through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

We also reserve the right to change these Messaging Terms at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
