Disappointing Gift Box

I ordered a gift box of two candles and a bottle of wine for a Christmas gift. Firstly the item was sent with Aramex couriers. Picked up on 4 December and delivered 20 December. No fault of HartCo, just don't know why they continue to use this courier. My disappointment is with the wine they included......it's a cheap $8 bottle wine. HartCo should list the wines included so consumers know what they are getting when ordering. Needless to say I have removed the $8 bottled and replaced.

Wrong wines

Both boxes came with the wrong wine, I sent an email asking for them to send the correct ones I had chosen as these were gifts but they didn’t reply. The wine I was sent you can buy for $7 very cheap don’t bother with this box
