Ordered Dec 16th as a Christmas gift. Received an email advising due to an influx of orders may be delayed 5-7 days. Received confirmation from Sendle they received it at their depot Dec 23. Sendle's tracking system advises they have attempted delivery 3 times. This is BS as our security system does not show any attempts of a delivery person on the days/times they have noted. I was home all day on one of those days and there was definitely no door bell ring.
I purchased the candle as I have one already and it is beautiful, however I suggest HartCo change courier companies and go with one that drops off the parcel at the local Aus Post if the purchaser is not home, as the hours I have spent on the local chat for both Sendle and HartCo, it would have been quicker for me to come and collect the items.
You can have a great product but the customer experience needs to be great too, and I can say without a doubt, my experience has been less than 1 star.
