Shipping Information

Your order will be dispatched between 5-7 business days from order confirmation. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During sales & event periods please allow additional processing time.

During sales periods & from November till Christmas all orders are firm and cannot be altered. Please refer to additional shipping information on each individual products page, as some may vary depending on special requirements for particular brands, for further clarification please contact our customer service on info@hartco.com.au

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a local courier company. Your parcel will be left at your door unless you request signature on delivery or if you delivery address is at a unit, factory or apartment address where signature will be required.

Click and Collect

If you selected Click & Collect at checkout, please note that you will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect, approximately 3-5 business days from your order confirmation. Please do not attempt to collect your order without this email. During sales periods please allow additional processing time.

Returns Policy

For any returns please email your Name, Address, Phone Number and Date of Purchase to info@hartco.com.au 

You will receive email notification when your return has been authorised with further instructions on completing your return. You will be issued store credit onto your customer account and sent an email of confirmation. If you don’t have an account and checked out as a guest, please call 03 9775 1256

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Please note that original shipping charges, import duties or taxes are non-refundable unless item is deemed faulty or damaged.

If your return has been authorised please send your parcel back to the address below following the same format.

Please ensure that you either print a copy of your Return Authorisation email or clearly mark your parcel with your Return Authorisation Number so that we know the parcel is yours when we receive it. We suggest using a traceable shipping service to return your goods. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or any other fees involved in returning goods.

You will receive your Store credit once your return has been processed and approved. This may take up to 7 business days. 

Store Credit

Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Store credit is provided in AUD dollars

Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms of use.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. You can also use our 'Buy Now Pay Later' options Afterpay, Zippay and Laybuy. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you complete your order at checkout.
