LOCAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be dispatched between 1-4 business days from order confirmation. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. During sale periods please allow additional processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time. Please refer to additional shipping information on each individual products page, as some may vary depending on special requirements for particular brands, for further clarification please contact our customer service on 03 9775 1256
We do not provide refunds unless an item is faulty.
Subject to the below conditions, if you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with store credit if you return the item to us in the manner set below.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any attached hangtags.
Merchandise must be returned in the original state and condition.
Postage fees for returns for change of mind will be at the customers expense.
Merchandise bought on sale may be returned for store credit. Store credits on sale items will be credited for the purchase price only. Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be issued store credit onto your customer account and sent an email of confirmation.

For any returns please email your Name, Address, Phone Number and Date of Purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the above returns policies as your return may be rejected and returned to you and store credit not issued if your goods do not comply with the above return requirements.
Please note that original shipping charges, import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Await notification as to whether your return has been authorized. You will receive email notification of this with further instructions on completing your return.
If your return has been authorised please send your parcel back to the address below following the same format. Please ensure that you either print a copy of your Return Authorisation email or clearly mark your parcel with your Return Authorisation Number so that we know the parcel is yours when we receive it. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to return your goods. We are not responsible for duties or taxes or any other fees when sending back to us.
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your Store credit once your return has been processed and approved. This may take up to 7 days Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Store credit is provided in AUD dollars
Your order will be delivered by a local courier company. Your parcel will be left at your door unless you request signature on delivery or if you delivery address is at a unit, factory or apartment address where signature will be required.
We accept Visa, MasterCard credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. You can also use our 'Buy Now Pay Later' options Afterpay, Zippay and Laybuy. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you complete your order at checkout.
