Terrible Service overshadows quality of product

The most disappointing customer service I've received from any online company. I ordered this item many weeks before my daughter's birthday. A few weeks later I received a message saying that I needed to select fragrances. I most definitely had already done this on the initial online booking. I imagine this was a delaying tactic. The present arrived at my daughter's house several weeks after her birthday. There was no apology.
