Great products but getting thorough for assistance is so difficult. Once through for assistance everyone was friendly and seemed to want to help. However it did take about a week to get resolved of shipping issue (due to unable to speak to someone).

Be aware the V3 version seems to burn a lot faster than the V1 (maybe due to the wider rim causing more airflow). This increases fragrance but obviously reduces burn time. Might be good for the milder scents. I highly recommend Japanese Honeysuckle in the V1 or V2 jar.
