Honestly, these guys went above and beyond to get our gifts boxes out to us before Christmas and I couldn't be more thankful. I was in hospital having a baby so was uncontactable and they did everything in their power to get hold of me. Finally did and they posted out immediately and they were here 2 days prior to Christmas. Wonderful products and excellent customer service

Worse customer service experience ever

Whilst the fragrance of candle is lovely, the customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously a busy time with Black Friday & Christmas sales however, the turn around time was a joke! This was made increasingly more frustrating by the dreadful customer service. It didn't matter what form of communication I attempted to make contact via, there was either no response or a ridiculous delay in reply. If your customer service team could have replied in a timely manner & been honest about the timing of the order, it would have saved a lot of frustration. The order was ultimately not supplied for it's intended date of gifting, despite being ordered 3 weeks in advance. It certainly has tainted my opinion of Hart & Co and I will be loathed to order again.

I don't recommend this store.

I ordered it as a Christmas gift. but it ripped like this and the box ogt oil on it. I couldn't give it to anyone. I sent a message but no one responded. Nobody cares after order.. bed customer service. I don't recommend this store.
