I made an order on the 2nd of Dec, but I haven’t received my order yet. How can I leave the feedback? No one replies to my messages & emails. I want to know where my parcel is. They were Christmas presents but I had nothing on my hands at the party. It's so awful.

I still haven’t received it, 14 days since it was fulfilled..?

Love your products but it has taken so long to get my order … I completely understand the longer period of time due to sales but this is a little much. Hopefully I’ll see the delivery this week.

The Hart Co reed diffusers are such great quality, a perfect constant scent without being too overpowering. The strawberry marscapone is just divine , and not too sweet which I love. Highly recommend!!
