Great product but took to long to dispatch

Purchased 2x gifts for friends upcoming birthdays. Unfortunately it took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive & therefore had to go buy something else for one of the birthdays. And the other birthday was the day after l received the order, so only just received in time.
In future l would order at least a month in advance or opt for something else.

No Personalised Card 😒

The card with the personalised message sent to our friend in the "Thinking of You" card never arrived. The gift for our friend, who had just had surgery, was lovely but the all important card was missing. I was reassured the card would was listed to go out with the gift when I had to change an item that became out of stock. I've attempted to have this rectified, by having the card sent out separately, in my follow-up emails but no-one has responded. I'm a regular customer that often buys gifts from HartCo and have to admit this isn't the first time this has happened. Something is amiss somewhere HartCo that needs fixing.

Order was all wrong

I ordered two boxes of 3 small candles firstly I got an email saying there was a glitch in the system and couldn’t see what I ordered and then I asked what candles I ordered so I replied and I got one I didn’t ask for now I’m waiting for a whole other box and nobody is contacting me back
