Customer service and product

I have brought this product for years now, however I have noticed that there has been a decline in the string scent of the honeysuckle, before I used to be able to smell as soon as walked in but I find the smell is not so strong now which is disappointing, secondly you can’t ever get anyone in the phone to speak to for customer service this is also disappointing when you should not have to always email and wait for a response or your drive to warehouse and the level of customer service is poor .
