So,so very disappointed.

Not sure what is going on with this candle but the only thing you can literally smell is the burning wick. This is not the first scentless candle I have purchased from you guys (LGE and SML lemongrass & ginger). I've even tipped one of your reed diffusers straight down the sink as it had a fowl smell, absolutely nothing like Lemongrass and Ginger. The lotus and patchouli reed diffuser I purchased from you had a very faint scent that lasted a few days. That too went down the sink. The only luck I have had is with the Japanese Honeysuckle.
It was only that I purchased an extra large candle for my daughter that I'd give you guys one more go.
Again, left disappointed and out of pocket 🥺

Reed Diffusers

Disgusted with customer service . No email or messages returned when wanting to know where my order was . The majority of the reed sticks were warped and now I cannot fit them into the bottle. Very disappointing .

So happy with this gorgeous candle. It burns really well and the scent is amazing. It’s somehow both very noticeable but at the same time not overpowering, something that I’m very fussy about. Will definitely be buying more.

french pear is my ultimate favourite, i have looked for two years for someone that does a beautiful fragrence that lasts, this one does my whole house smells of it, have ordered a few now, this is my new candle go to, please dont change the recipe
