Never arrived

I’d love to but can’t review as it was missing from our Christmas order. I emailed Hart and Co. 3 days before Christmas when our order arrived, asking for it to be sent express post as it was our daughter’s Christmas present, sadly no reply and no candle. Very disappointed.
